Conscience vote.

The first free vote,since 2002, on the drug RU486 is now in train. How refreshing to see this little glimmer of democracy.

Real debate and passion from our elected members rather than slavish conformity. You have to wonder what members from both sides are doing with their 'conscience', for all the other bills that are rubber stamped. Parliamentary broadcasts could become gripping viewing, if it became a real forum of debate.
